I've been working on my Halloween/Autumn decorations for the last few weeks as we prepare to host a Costume party on the 31st. This is the first year I've been able to decorate, so I feel like I've already bought too much, even though I don't feel like it's quite festive enough yet.
 

 

This is a wreath I found at Joann's. I intended to make a gorgeous hydrangea wreath, but instead I had to face the fact that I can't do it all!

 

 

 These are adorning our entry, along with our year-round pictures. Most of this stuff is from Joann's, Michael's, or our local home décor shop (the lanterns are from Ikea). I plan to use the basket for our trick-or-treat candy.

 

 

I found these sparkly leaves at the home décor shop, and fell in love. I think I'll try to use them for some type of centerpiece.

 
Tomorrow night I am planning to do a couple of craft projects to add to the living area and to use around the food during the party. I know it's getting late for finishing my Halloween décor, but hopefully this will make next year just that much easier!
